John - A witness only speaks of what he has experienced, that is what we are called to be WITNESSES of what we have experiences and know about God!
Psalm 1:1-6
12 But his delight is in the law of the LORD,
And in His law he meditates day and night.
John - Day and night, always thinking about it always pondering it and working with it to see how it applies in every situation.
Proverbs 18:11-12
11 The rich man’s wealth is his strong city,
And like a high wall in his own esteem.
12 Before destruction the heart of a man is haughty,
And before honor is humility.
John - Right before you are destroyed your heart is PROUD, arrogant, but the preface to HONOR is being humble!
