Psalm 128:1-6
128 1 Blessed is every one who fears the LORD,
Who walks in His ways.
2 When you eat the labor of your hands,
You shall be happy, and it shall be well with you.
3 Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine
In the very heart of your house,
Your children like olive plants
All around your table.
4 Behold, thus shall the man be blessed
Who fears the LORD.
John - Mighty blessings are received by those who fear the LORD!!
Proverbs 29:18
2918 Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint;
But happy is he who keeps the law.
John - Revelation - CLEAR vision from God, keeps us from casting off restraint!

Psalm 128 The reward of the just and the righteous is to be at rest in his soul,and all that is his shall flourish.
ReplyDeleteProv. 29:18 The law is not our school master, however it is that which we use to measure our actions as to whether they are just or unjust. Take away the law and you take away the standard, the only thing left to measure with is mere opinion and reasoning of the imperfect.
