22:
31 As for God, His way is perfect;
The word of the LORD is proven;
He is a shield to all who trust in Him.
John - Lord thank you for being a protection, a shield we can depend on! In our time of need we can TRUST in you... Your word is PROVEN!
Acts 2:1-47
2:46 So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.
John - They were daily in the temple... and breaking bread in each others houses, they ate and had fellowship... praising God and having favor... this is the example of the Church of the future as well as the beginning..

1619 Better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly,
Than to divide the spoil with the proud.
20 He who heeds the word wisely will find good,
And whoever trusts in the LORD, happy is he.

2 Sam.22:31 God's way is perfect and it has been proven to me by it's results.God delivers what he promises.One man will experience what another is not willing to try.His word works if you work it.
ReplyDeleteActs 2:46 Many wanted to join the Church, but only a few were chosen, and the chosen were those who believed.Who wouldn't want to join an organization where everyone seem so happy and devoted to each other.There was a reason they walked like this and it didn't cease at the sign of trouble, however they grew and increased.
ReplyDeleteProv. 16:19 Who am I walking with? This question will be answered in the way that I have chosen to live and do live.Do I resemble "them" or "Him"? A man who has chosen the Lord walks with a happy heart, it is the result of trusting him.
