31 17 It is a sign between Me and the children of Israel forever; for in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed.’”
John – Lord you rested and was refreshed, please show me the wisdom and give me the strength to enter into your rest and BE refreshed!
Matthew 26:47-68
26 56 But all this was done that the Scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled.”
Then all the disciples forsook Him and fled.
John – The pain Jesus must have felt from being abandoned, We truly have a High Priest who can understand us and ALL of our pains, because He has lived through every one of them!
Psalm 32:1-11
32 10 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked;
But he who trusts in the LORD, mercy shall surround him.
Proverbs 8:27-32
8 32 “ Now therefore, listen to me, my children,
For blessed are those who keep my ways.
John – Keeping wisdom WAYS, there is a way that seems right to a man, but leads to death, and there is A WAY that is BLESSED, which way will we choose?
