Exodus 13:17-15:18

14 ²⁰ So it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel. Thus it was a cloud and darkness to the one, and it gave light by night to the other, so that the one did not come near the other all that night.

John –Look how God can use the one cloud for two purposes it helped the children of Israel see and move ALL night and stopped the Egyptians and made them not able to move during the night. God uses one event to bless and judge..

Matthew 21:23-46

21 ²⁴ But Jesus answered and said to them, “I also will ask you one thing, which if you tell Me, I likewise will tell you by what authority I do these things: ²⁵ The baptism of John—where was it from? From heaven or from men?”

John – Jesus was amazing at asking questions that would EXPOSE the motive of the one He was speaking to..

21 ⁴¹ They said to Him, “He will destroy those wicked men miserably, and lease his vineyard to other vinedressers who will render to him the fruits in their seasons.”

John – What it do you think the meaning of fruits in their seasons? I think tithes, first of your attention, first of your life. The very best of what you have and who you are!

Yes, seven are an abomination to Him:
¹⁷ A proud look,
A lying tongue,
Hands that shed innocent blood,
¹⁸ A heart that devises wicked plans,
Feet that are swift in running to evil,
¹⁹ A false witness who speaks lies,
And one who sows discord among brethren.

John – The Lord hates… STRONG words… You can think how the results of something God hates will be!
