216 And when the scribes and Pharisees saw Him eating with the tax collectors and sinners, they said to His disciples, “How is it that He eats and drinks with tax collectors and sinners?”

John – They marveled the choice of Jesus’s company, because He came to help the hurting no hang around with the “elite”

34 Then He said to them, “Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?” But they kept silent.

John – In saying this He put their focus back on what the Sabbath was about not a day but a purpose “Good”

Psalm 36:1-12

36 9 For with You is the fountain of life;
In Your light we see light.

Proverbs 10:1-2

10 1 The proverbs of Solomon:

A wise son makes a glad father,
But a foolish son is the grief of his mother.
