John - A good vertical relationship with God and a horizontal relationship with other men, is a goal of harmony we should strive for.
Psalm 4:1-8
48 I will both lie down in peace, and sleep;
For You alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.
John - The LORD alone... not an army, not our government, not my job, not my health, not my bank account not anything else, the LORD alone makes me dwell in saftey!
Proverbs 18:16-18
1816 A man’s gift makes room for him,
And brings him before great men.
John - When we find our gift there is ROOM for it... and operating in your gift will bring you before GREAT MEN.
