1 Chronicles 12:19-14:17
Romans 1:1-17

116 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. 17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”

John - The gospel IS THE POWER of God... For in IT the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith (like step by step, mountain to mountain, valley to valley) .. for the just shall live BY (holding on to, life line, provision) of faith.

Psalm 9:13-20

916 The LORD is known by the judgment He executes;
The wicked is snared in the work of his own hands.

John - The LORD is not only know by HIS miracles but by HIS judgments... this judgment was seen in the severity of the CROSS of Calvary.

Proverbs 19:4-5

194 Wealth makes many friends,
But the poor is separated from his friend.
5 A false witness will not go unpunished,
And he who speaks lies will not escape.

John - The word of God promises if you speak lies you WILL not escape, our society has made hero’s of those who can kill, lie and steal and seem to have no regrets about it, God will not let them escape.
