2 Corinthians 9:1-15
96 But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. 7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.
John - This principle is so easily seen in natural if you do not plan many seed in a field, then we know to expect a small harvest. If you plan many see in a field you know to expect a large harvest, so give as you would plant expecting and with purpose.
Psalm 51:1-19

Ecclesiastes 4-6:12
519 As for every man to whom God has given riches and wealth, and given him power to eat of it, to receive his heritage and rejoice in his labor—this is the gift of God. 20 For he will not dwell unduly on the days of his life, because God keeps him busy with the joy of his heart.
