4.1.10
Deuteronomy 18-20:20
20: 3 And he shall say to them, ‘Hear, O Israel: Today you are on the verge of battle with your enemies. Do not let your heart faint, do not be afraid, and do not tremble or be terrified because of them; 4 for the LORD your God is He who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.’
John - for the Lord your God is He who goes with you.... not just to be a by stander but to fight for you against your enemies and SAVE YOU!!
Luke 9:28-50
9:43 And they were all amazed at the majesty of God.
John - majesty- greatness, magnificence
9:9 Now John answered and said, “Master, we saw someone casting out demons in Your name, and we forbade him because he does not follow with us.”
50 But Jesus said to him, “Do not forbid him, for he who is not against us is on our side.”
John - What a principle that could be applied today... DO NOT FORBID, if anyone is not against Jesus they are on our side!
Psalm 73:1-28
Proverbs 12:10
12:10 A righteous man regards the life of his animal,
But the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel.
John - A righteous man, is even sensitive of the life of his animals, knowing the everything is ultimately Gods and a part of His creation.

Deut. 20 The Lord built a legacy with his people and it was founded on trust. Courage comes because i am confident and trust in Him and my trust is a direct result of my faith in Him and the two of these bring glory to the king.Israel took courage and their enemies trembled and feared.
ReplyDeleteLuke 9 This verse is a wonderful psalm of worship, "and they were all amazed at the majesty of God" Not a stone was left unturned, each field was plowed, every hill and every mountain that reaches to the sky give praise to His name.Even the rocks cry out how majestic is the Lord.
