John - Jesus saw the city, loved the people, had the answer, was rejected, and knew they had missed their opportunity.
Psalm 88:1-18
Proverbs 13:12-14
13:12 Hope deferred makes the heart sick,
But when the desire comes, it is a tree of life.
13 He who despises the word will be destroyed,
But he who fears the commandment will be rewarded.
14 The law of the wise is a fountain of life,
To turn one away from the snares of death.
John - Hope postponed makes my heart weak.. but when it comes it is a TREE OF LIFE.. It is a rewarding, encouraging, life giving force..

Proverbs 13:12
ReplyDeleteI look for this Hope everyday, everywhere, in every person and place. I know that I can not live life to the fullest that God intended for for me if I do not have Hope! Hope is what brought me to believe in Christ and His salvation, and Hope is what gives me the strength to accomplish each day. I pray that I am a giver of Hope, a person that takes someone by the hand to the Tree of Life. Be Blessed, and do not defer Hope, but embrace it and multiply it, then give it away.
