1 Samuel 17-18:4

18:³ Then Jonathan and David made a covenant, because he loved him as his own soul. ⁴ And Jonathan took off the robe that was on him and gave it to David, with his armor, even to his sword and his bow and his belt.

John - This is a great picture David and Jonathan covenanted... then Jonathan took off his outward signs of royalty, his very personal items and gave them to David, the same way Jesus when we covenant with Him takes off His clean garment and give it to us making us WHITE as snow, and sinless by His blood.

John 8:21-30

8:²⁸ Then Jesus said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things.

John - When you lift up the Son of Man... You will know... That is powerful, when you lift up Jesus you will know, not think or feel, you will know!

Proverbs 15:11

15:¹¹ Hell and Destruction are before the LORD;
So how much more the hearts of the sons of men.

John - God has know the intents of the heart of men, they are BEFORE Him, in plain view.
