17:6 In those days there was no king in Israel; everyone did what wasright in his own eyes.
John - When there is no leadership everyone does what is right in his own eyes.
John 3:1-21
3:11Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. 12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things?
John - We speak what we KNOW... but we testify what we HAVE seen... interesting Jesus spoke this to explain about spiritual things.

Judges 17:6 Without stop signs and traffic lights how would you know when to go and when to come, and without information sings or maps to guide you to your points of destination, how would yo ever get to where you're going?Do you know where you ought to go? Just ask the King.
